Arabica coffee likes it cool, shaded and wet, with a short dry spell to bring it into flower. In Coorg it grows under native shade trees with black pepper climbing their trunks. Your bushes are picked by hand, pulped, sun-dried and roasted for you.

Arabica likes 15–25°C, 1,600–2,500 mm of rain, acidic forest soil and shade, at 1,000 m and above. Most of Kodagu grows robusta; arabica comes from its higher, cooler estates, which is where we will plant.
