Having your own farm shouldn't mean owning one.
We're building the operations and technology that connect city families to properly run farms. It starts with two acres near Jaipur, planting on 13 Feb 2027. Next comes a network of our own and partner farms across India, with each crop grown in the region whose climate suits it, each farm run to one standard, and every plant visible in one app.
We're as clear about this as about everything else.
UGAANA is a managed agricultural service. You get the right to have specific plants grown for you and to receive what they produce, under one clear membership agreement.

We don't sell land, or fractions of it. You never own land or trees.

We never promise "pay this much, get that much back".

No promised yield, income or growth. Harvests vary with weather, and we say so.

No 100 sq yd plots. You get a managed allocation; the farm keeps control of the land.

Your payments pay for a farm service. They are never pooled or marketed as anything else.

We grow specific plants for your family, and we won't call anything organic until it's certified.

Visits matter, but they're extra. The farming comes first.

Every crop where it belongs.
A single plot can only do a few crops well. So instead of forcing mangoes into Rajasthan or apples into the plains, we match each crop to the region where it naturally thrives, and bring the harvest to you.
Jaipur is our pilot farm, which we will operate ourselves; we're shortlisting land now. The other regions are demand-first: we're registering interest, and a partner farm is selected and contracted only once enough families join.

Every plot is soil- and water-tested before we sign a lease or order a single sapling. Jaipur-region soils are typically alkaline (pH 7.8–8.4), which is why we plan kagzi lime there and leave mandarins to Nagpur.
Each crop is scored against the region's long-run climate: winter lows, summer highs, rainfall, chill hours, soil pH, altitude and humidity. We only plant a crop where it scores 85 out of 100 or more.
Where a region holds a Geographical Indication for a crop, like Ratnagiri Alphonso, Malihabadi Dasheri, Coorg Arabica or Nagpur orange, that's where we grow it.
Partner farms are contracted only once enough families join, and only with verified title and water rights, a trained team, weekly inspections and photos, and every plant in the same dashboard.
